The infrastructure project to connect the world through land and sea, known as the Belt and Road Initiative, was launched 10 years ago, in 2013.
The event is the Dame Jillian Sackler Distinguished Lecture on U.S.-China Relations. We are joined by Ambassador J. Stapleton Roy, former United States Ambassador to China; Dr. Paul G.
